Students’ achievement in science in Key Stages 3 and 4 has rapidly improved in the past two years, through a radical approach to the science curriculum in Year 7 driven by visionary leadership. The Key Stage 4 science curriculum was also changed to provide a range of different science pathways, resulting in most students achieving two good GCSEs in science.
